Show Notes

In Vedic astrology, the solstice holds significance as it marks an important astronomical event and is considered an auspicious time for spiritual practices.

The solstice divides the year into two halves. winter solstice represents the period of increasing daylight, symbolising spiritual growth and enlightenment. Summer solstice and represents the period of decreasing daylight, symbolising introspection, reflection and inner work.

In this episode, I delve into how solstices affect your daily rhythms, focusing on the winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere and the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.

I explore the energy of the Sun in Gemini and the powerful upcoming full moon near the solstice, in Sagittarius.

These cosmic alignments inspire us to embrace introspection, meditation, rituals and community connections, offering opportunities for personal and spiritual growth aligned with ancient wisdom and the natural rhythms of the universe.
